Warranty

Mountain Living guarantees that all our furniture is free from material and manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by product and begin from the delivery date, as outlined in the table below.

If a defect arises during the warranty period due to manufacturing, Mountain Living will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s). This warranty covers defects not caused by normal wear and tear or the natural characteristics of the materials used.

Limitations and Exceptions

To maintain your warranty coverage, proper care and use of your furniture are essential. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
• Wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or accidents—including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, stains, watermarks, pet damage, or indentations.
• Use of products outdoors, unless explicitly stated as outdoor furniture.
• Any modifications made by anyone not authorized by Mountain Living.
• Items sold as “As-Is” or floor/display pieces at the time of purchase.
• Products not purchased directly from Mountain Living.

All decisions regarding warranty claims, including whether to repair or replace, are at Mountain Living’s sole discretion and are final.

Repaired or replaced items are covered under the original warranty period only.

For defects discovered within the warranty period, Mountain Living will cover parts, materials, labor, and transport.
For defects after the warranty period, the cost of parts is covered, but labor and transport are the purchaser’s responsibility.
