Order Confirmation

Once payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. This will include details of the items purchased, any agreed delivery date, and estimated lead times for pre-order or custom items (if applicable).

Please review your confirmation carefully, as it overrides any previous communication. Unless we receive written notice of changes or corrections within 24 hours, we will proceed based on the confirmed details.

Important Note on Pre-Order & Bespoke Items

Please make your selection carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choices on all Pre-Order and Bespoke items. If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this period may not be possible or could incur additional charges.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Return or cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Undelivered Items: Eligible for cancellation and refund. Fees may apply (see below).
  • Delivered or Collected Items: Can be returned for a refund only within 3 days of delivery or collection. Fees may apply.
  • Pre-order & Bespoke Items: Not eligible for return or cancellation.

Refunds Policy

Refund approval is subject to the following conditions:

Undelivered Items

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • A 5% processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Delivered Items

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to each returned item to cover pickup, handling, and admin costs.
  • This fee applies regardless of how the item is returned (self-return or courier).
  • Items must be returned in as-new condition, with no signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations.

Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, lead times, and stock levels on our website are accurate, based on information provided by our suppliers. However, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Some of our items are handmade or crafted from natural materials, which may result in slight variations from product images. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, they may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

We may suspend or close the website at any time if necessary.
